Nancy catered our wedding in 2003, for 200 guests, and we strongly believe that she is a true master of what she does, and does it with joy. She delivered exactly what we wanted from the start. Nancy handled every detail of our wedding perfectly with only one meeting prior to our big day. She handled the setting up and taking down of wedding furniture, cocktail and appetizer service during reception, dinner buffet, wedding cake presentation and champagne toast service. Her crew was dressed very professionally and that made us feel proud. Nancy’s organization skills were impeccable. Everything flowed effortlessly and we did not have to worry about one thing prior or during the occasion. Our guests were served quickly and with exquisite courtesy. The food was arranged in an artistic manner and the ambiance and décor was rich and colorful. Nancy’s recommendation of the band and florist were successful. From the moment we were introduced, we were impressed with her skills. When we were expressing ideas of possible entrees that we were considering, she would automatically chime in with her ideas of what would go perfect with what we would suggest, and what was cost effective with our budget. She handpicks her produce and all meats are locally raised which was important to us. We found Nancy to be easy to introduce our ideas to and to work with. Nancy Collins has worked for us on several occasions, undertaking both intimate dinners and much larger buffet affairs. She did both very well. Our wedding had over 200 guests, and the food consisted of appetizers on every table, and a buffet dinner with a choice of three different entrees. She worked with us from the start to ensure that the food was exactly what we wanted to make our day special. She gave us a wide range of menu options and was willing to listen to our input on everything from what was served to how it was served. Nancy Collins has worked as Sous Chef and Restaurant Supervisor, for Child and Co., at ! Fleet Street, London from !998 to to 2000. She has proved to be popular amongst staff and customers alike. Her ability to be flexible in any situation has proved invaluable, as Nancy has also catered for Director’s at the highest level.
